Albany Mechanical provided fabulous service. The whole process of replacing our A/C from the diagnosis of the problems with the old unit to the completion of the instillation of the new unit, was easy and hassle-free. The crew, led by Jerid and David, were professional, knowledgeable and very competent. They were very respectful of our residence and property. A pleasure to work with!

I've been looking for a reliable HVAC company and I have Albany Mechanical a try. Prompt, courteous and most importantly they answer the phone! The young men who came to my home today yesterday and again today took care of our AC unit during this crazy heat! They stood by their work and didn't charge me for the return service! I'm a loyal customer and they have earned my future business! Thanks guys!

Five Stars is not adequate for the outstanding communications and expert installation we experienced when purchasing a new Daikin HVAC System. Our AC stopped working during a 90 degree week long heating spell! From my initial call, the System was installed within 48 hours by experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional technicians. I recently had a furnace issue that unfortunately wasn’t resolved on the first service call. While that was frustrating, I want to recognize how Albany Mechanical handled it. They returned promptly for a second visit at no charge and sent two of the best, most highly trained technicians I’ve ever worked with in Zack and Blake. Their knowledge, expertise, and customer service were second to none. They conducted a thorough evaluation, explained everything clearly, and made sure the issue was fully resolved before they left. I truly appreciate a company that employs incredible people like Zack and Jake and stands behind their work and makes things right. Thank you, Albany Mechanical!

Zach provided outstanding service during a very stressful situation. He was timely, responsive, and highly professional when servicing my mother’s furnace on a Sunday morning, in the middle of an unusual cold spell. His prompt response and clear communication gave us real peace of mind. We truly appreciated his dedication and professionalism—excellent service all around.
